Our service area is Castle Rock North to I-76, East From Morrison to I-225. If you are close to these areas but don’t fall perfectly with in them then please call and ask if we would be willing to accept a project in your area if it fits with in our current perimeters or if we can give you a qualified referral.
Our Process by Phase:
1.)”In Home Consultation” We will send either Bryan or Zack to your home to meet with you, view your space, brainstorm ideas and go over your plans if you already have some. If you do have plans please alert us and send them to us in PDF format. Our hope is to educate you about remodeling and the improvement process weather you decide to use our firm or not. We don’t feel our time has been wasted if you learn from our experience.
2.) “The Written Estimate” We will generally return to you a detailed line itemed estimate with in a 2-3 day window or sooner. The estimate will be an estimated cost on a preliminary scope of work based on finish levels 1-10, drive time from our location, complexity of project, and our experience executing jobs such as these. If you are interested in using our firm after receiving this estimate we will then ask you to do the necessary homework to reach a defined scope of exact work.
3.) “Picking out finishes” We have developed relationships with many quality building material providers in the Denver Metro area. We have our own cabinet line as well. If we move to phase 3 then you are interesting in reaching final specifications and “Exact” fixed numbers for your project.
We are given wholesale pricing at our Preferred Vendors. We share a 15% discount with you an ALL your selections providing you are using all of our sources for your remodel. These finishes include the following Suppliers:

4.) “Signing the Contract” Once you have done your homework and we have done ours we will create a detailed written contract outlining your finishes, the installation methods we will use to install them, the time in which the project will take place, and any other pertinent information regarding your project. The contract will have the terms and conditions of the agreement i.e. Payment terms, change orders, expectations, etc. We use a Docu sign method so you can sign the contract on line from the comfort of your home. We also offer a 1.5% discount on your payments if you authorize payments using our ACH system that alleviates the need to send a representative to collect a scheduled payment or a change order payment. On a larger project this can be a great way to save a large amount of money.
5.) “Procurement” Once your contract is signed and your “Right of Rescission” period is up we will begin to purchase and deliver building materials to your project and begin construction. We will give you daily/weekly updates and keep you abreast and informed about your projects time line and any other piece of information you will need. We can make the remodeling process fun if we use the system we designed the way it was designed. We have spent 18+ years making happy customers and we would be honored to add you to our reference list at our projects end.
