We're just at the tail end of our project with Clean Cut Contractors, and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We started out with a master bath remodel, and wanted a rustic mountain spa style. After interviewing three different companies we chose Zack and his team, and absolutely couldn't have made a better choice. It starts with Zack himself – his approach to pricing and costs is unique, transparent, and really gave us confidence that we would really have control over the process and budget. He worked with us brainstorming options, created a couple of different estimates, and then we settled on an initial design. He sent Dante and Jayden to start demolition shortly afterwards. And that's the next amazing part, those two guys are some of the hardest working, most talented contractors we've ever had work on our house. Kind, friendly, and incredibly talented – Dante is a true master craftsman, a 'lost artisan' level of detail and skill, yet combined with the latest technology and techniques. We really appreciated that they use the Schluter tile system because this is our forever home, and we can be sure that we won't ever have leaks. I'll spare you walking through the process, and skip to the end of the bathroom, where we hit something Zack had warned us about….scope creep! The result was SO amazing that we added on a new fireplace in the family room, wainscoting and faux paint in the front room, and kitchen cabinet refacing as the crowning touch. Yep, that increased our project costs (of course), but their prices are very fair given the quality of workmanship, and we really feel like we got a great value for what we've spent. The result across the board is absolutely amazing. Zack, Dante and Jayden have truly transformed our house into our dream home. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat if we needed something else done.

Zack and his crew are simply the best. Always on time and come in at the number/price the quote. I have worked with them on multiple projects over the last 15 years and have honestly never had a real issue or problem. They take pride in what they do and respect the construction process by keeping clean and tidy job sites and work areas during construction.

Zack and the crew at Clean Cut Contractors were excellent to work with! We turned a small kitchen and small dining room into an amazing open plan kitchen that we love. On top of that, our Master Bath was small and seriously outdated. Now it's worthy of the name Master Bath. From start to finish they kept us up to date and it was a pleasure to stop in at the end of the day and see that they'd cleaned the space as much as possible, so there was never a "walking through a dirt and dangerous construction project" feel.

Clean Cut recently reconfigured about 1200 square feet of our ranch home. Clean Cut created a new master bath, powder room, bedroom, master closet and relocated the dining room. Installed a dozen new relocated Pella windows and re-sided about half the house. New plumbing, new wiring, many LED can lights, 1 steel beam to open the kitchen to the living room after removing a large brick fireplace. 2 steel beams for floor support under the new 6' X 9' 1100-pound granite island. All new, beautiful Canyon Creek Knotty Alder kitchen cabinets (purchased through Clean Cut) and all new appliances in our new 350+ sq. ft. kitchen. The Clean Cut kitchen designer, Amalia, was terrific! Sounds like a lot and it was. We lived at the other end of the house during the entire 5+ month remodel. We absolutely love the finished product! Zack's guys were great! Bryan Young was the project manager and man does he know his stuff! Extremely personable and detail oriented. The job Clean Cut did was nothing short of perfection! Scott, Carter, Dante, Devon, John and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with on a daily basis. If you are looking for superb work, we cannot recommend these guys enough! In our estimation the quality of workmanship is second to none!

Very professional, great work, and they get things done when they say they will. What else could I want? Great people!

I have used Clean Cut Contractors on multiple occasions. First, they finished my basement and again two years later to complete some work when I was selling my house. The company did good work with polite and professional employees. The thing that set them apart from past contactors that I have used was their customer service. My calls and e-mails were returned promptly and the employees treated my home and family with respect. I would not hesitate to let any of their employees into my home. I will not use another general contractor again as long as I can use Clean Cut Contractors.
